Awesome! It may be the only word needed to describe Stilesboro Biscuits in Kennesaw, Georgia; it is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of eating one of their delicious biscuits. (Of course, it is rather unfortunate that when thinking of that word I also hear the song from The Lego Movie in my mind).
The egg was deliciously fluffy; the bacon was cooked to crispy perfection, and the cheese was nicely melted. However, it was the wonderful biscuit that made the sandwich spectacular! The large biscuit was light, tender and tasty. I can not remember ever having a better breakfast biscuit sandwich. Yes, it was that good.
The little restaurant reminded me of a little stores I loved when I was growing up in West Virginia. The old small, white building has a welcoming appeal to me. Plus, the the signs on the building reflected the warm, friendly atmosphere inside.
Before you go…keep in mind they are only open from 7:30 to 11:30 on Wednesday through Saturday mornings. It is a small place, so seating is limited. Plus, I’m not sure if they take debit/credit cards…they may but I paid cash, so I can’t say for sure.
Stilesboro Biscuits is located in a more residential area of the Kennesaw than most of the eating establishments, which adds to its appeal for me. However, it is good to have a GPS to find it if you aren’t familiar with the area.
