Desperate to make a super fast dinner that would be filling after a long day, I turned to my stand-by, quick cooking pasta. I happened to also have some Philadelphia® cooking creme that I had bought on sale with a coupon…okay, it was a quarter in the end…and decided to try it out.
This main dish of peas and pasta was paired with fresh fruit to complete dinner in under 10 minutes cooking time. Plus, the inexpensive meal was enough to feed two people multiple meals. I also think it tasted better than what I could have picked up at a fast food restaurant 🙂

Now, sliver an onion and add it after a light saute and that dish would be right out of an Italian kitchen! Love easy filling comfort food that can be put on the table fast, fast, fast!
