It is starting to become a family tradition to go to Little Tokyo Hibachi Grill and Sushi in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee once a year. We have gone the past couple of years after a weekend youth gathering our church attended. It is the one time a year that my daughter is assured of getting to order sushi. It is also the only time I ever eat sushi. I am not much of a sushi fan, but they make it look so appealing.
I usually only have a piece of sushi, because I want to make sure I have room for the food prepared at the hibachi table in front of us. I must still be a kid at heart because I always enjoy the food prep show.
Plus, I love fried rice with vegetables and white sauce…yum.
While not on the main road through Pigeon Forge, it is close with good food and reasonable prices. So, plan on an early lunch or be prepared to wait, especially during a peak tourist season. We also find the restaurant is very busy with locals if you go after church on a Sunday.
We are looking forward to a return visit.
