This week is our first week of formal homeschooling at my house. Therefore, in honor of this week, I will be featuring some very easy, quick mix recipes.
Life is short. Let’s start with dessert.
Recipe: Butterscotch Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 sm. pkg. of butterscotch pudding, the kind you cook
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 6 oz. butterscotch bits
- 3/4 c. pecans or walnuts

More butterscotch chips can be added.
This batter is extremely thick.
You will need to spread it evenly for best results.
